Winter College Training
The 2021 Spring College season will be like none ever before. Due to COVID-19 the spring season will carry a lot of weight for the 2021 NCAA Championships. Each session will be 1 hour and 15 minutes comprised of fitness, technical skill work, speed & strength (goalkeeper training to whom it applies).
